Sir Edmund Hillary, the first man to climb Mount Everest said,"It's not the mountains we conquer, but ourselves." He understood how invigorating it feels when we open the windows to let in the fresh spring air and flush out the stale winter air.
But it's not just houses that get stale. We, too, need to breathe freshness into our lives to recharge our energy, renew our enthusiasm, and refire our problem solving engines. The result: more success and less stress.
This interactive workshop will challenge participants to analyse and assess their levels of energy, enthusiasm, and efficiency of their problem-solving engines. Since low levels are a major source of stress, techniques will be discussed and developed to enable participants to manage those levels and ultimately eliminate that stress.
