Every seven minutes an interruption occurs and the time it takes to get back on task could be anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes. Consider the cost of this distraction. What does this do to the level of productivity?

Not only does the cost convert to dollars and sense and the bottom line, but it can also be costly in terms of personal frustrations. Think about the effort it requires to even begin a major task once, let alone needing to keep restarting. This could easily equate to the effort it takes to get a car rolling versus the effort it takes to keep it going once it's on a roll.

Learn strategies that will not just benefit the productivity levels but also raise the moral of employees as they can't help but get more achieved in the course of their day. Instead of having high frustration levels, low moral and relationships stretched to the limit, use the techniques Merri teaches to decrease these costly interruptions.
